My spring break was good i went to Ireland with my family. we stayed in Killarney and saw many different castles live Cahir and the Killkenny castle. I went to the went to the cliffs Moher and we wen to the ring of Kerry. We watched the Saint Patteys day parade in Killarney it was fun. I saw a lot of the country side and we went to a few beaches in ireland

It was good, I agree we need to get away from our phones we miss so much. If we just put down the phone we would see what we are missing out on. It was good it really made a point in saying that we can miss a lot by not stopping to live life, and we could change a lot if we took the time to get away from technology.

What is a 'splash page'? Look it up. Explain what they are and how they are used. Find an example of a splash page in Google Images. Save the image to you computer and then upload it to your blog post. Hint - see below.

Its an  image that appears while a game or program is loading. It is also used to show off a product or introduce you to a website.  Its like a cover of a book for a website it gives you a first impression of the website. It is very simple not very many words mostly a image.

I need more time I think I can finish during block I have all the information except for two pages and I just need pictures and to touch it up and fix little things. other than that I am just about done.

Its a good layout its easy to follow. Yes it helped me set up the way the page will look and get info and where to put it. It was helpful because now I know where everything is going to go and what im going to put in.

yes i'm think i am caught. The organizer and the extra amount of time helps me get caught up. Yes i like the small check points it helps me keep up with the work. I am not behind I am keeping up with the work.

Its going to be different because it is for a group of YouTubers most are for a product not a group of people that's one way its going to be different. another way its going to be different is that i'm not promoting a product and its the fact that its a channel.

What are three things you learned about color theory and web design  yesterday? Go in to detail.

I learned that color shouldn't be the main way of pointing things out because not every one cant see colors. you want a good color scheme or the viewer will get distracted. another thing is that there are many different color schemes such as mono, complement, triad, tetrad, analogic, and accented analogic.

A color scheme on a website gives it order instead of just random colors here and there the colors go together. it give the website order and it makes it look appealing. if the colors or to bright or the colors don't go good together then it hurts the website.

Different files do different things so you can go back and edit others you cant. I know of jpeg, PDF, PNG, gifs. Jpegs and PNG are images gifs are video and pdf if a document. I know there are more I just don't know them.

I learned how to do roll over images. This will help make the website more appealing and interesting. I also learned the difference between PNG and a Jpeg. This will help in making websites.

I do not know much about Photoshop. I have never used it before but i do know it can be used to make and edit pictures. I am a newbie, i have used it but only once or twice i don't know a hole lot about it.

The navigation bar helps make the site easier to navigate. making it all flow together helps the user. its important because with out it the user get lost and it is hard to find your way around.

I think HTML code is easy it isn't that hard once you get use to it. it can be complicated the more you add but i think it is easy as long as you don't forget any steps. I enjoy the coding activity it help get use to it a little more. Yes I have learn a little more about how to code.

My weekend was good I went to the movies on Saturday with some friends but other than that I didn't really do anything. I just hangout around my house and talked to my friends. I watched Youtube videos and play on my computer for most of the weekend.

I think  pictures online are not free game because it belongs to the owner if they give you permission then you can use it but if not then you need to give them credit. If you do not give the owner credit then it becomes plagiarism.

What do you know about plagiarism? What do you know about plagiarism on the internet? How do web design, the internet and plagiarism all effect each other? Explain.


Plagiarism is when you copy someone else's work with out giving them credit. It's when some one copy's and pastes some one else's work in it to their own and doesn't give the to the owner. when designing a web page you can you look up information  and pictures and put them right into your own page but you have to give the owner credit so its not plagiarism.

What do you already know about web design? How it works? Programs you can use?Tools that exist? Anything.

I know almost nothing about web design other than it help you learn coding and how to build a web site. All i know is that there is a lot of coding that goes on when building a website. I’m not exactly sure what programs are out there that i can use. The only tools i know of is Google and my dad because he is a web designer.
